  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.

  12. Shareware Version

  14. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the
  15. software for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of
  16. the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you
  17. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to
  18. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  19. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There
  20. is no charge for any of the above.

  22. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  23. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  24. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  25. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  26. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of

  36. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  37. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  38. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  39. a registration fee of $15 is required.  Payments must be in US
  40. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Alan L. Millet,
  41. P.O. Box 813, Erie, PA 16512-0813. When payment is received you
  42. will be sent a registered copy of the latest version of Finger Spelling
  43. for Windows.

  45. One registered copy of Finger Spelling for Windows may either be used 
  46. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  47. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  48. multiple people, but not both.

  50. You may access the registered version of Finger Spelling for Windows  
  51. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses 
  52. for the software covering all workstations that will access the software
  53. through the network.

  57. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  58. Pennsylvania.
